250 gr Preparato per Gnocchi senza glutine “Il Pane di Anna”
1 tuorlo
acqua q.b.
Procedimento:
Impastare tutti gli ingredienti fino ad ottenere un composto morbido e malleabile. Fare dei rotolini con la pasta e tagliare i gnocchi alla misura desiderata. Cuocerli in acqua bollente fino a quando “vengono a galla”.

I have found the above information but it does not translate into English so I now have to find a website that will translate the data on how to prepare and cook the Gnocchi,
Such a shame that buying this products is going to cause so much hassle to be able to cook it!!
