Excuse me, but brewer's yeast or something else? And how much?
I want to try making them right away since my kids love them, but they can't eat them anymore.
Thank you for existing.
Hi Chiara, thanks for your compliments! The amount of brewer's yeast to add is 15 grams. Enjoy!
Hang in there! Tell your pharmacy to contact us and we'll give them all the details about this product! It's the same product as all the others and there shouldn't be any problem getting it!
PS Thanks to your tip, we've already added the missing ingredient to the recipe!
Sorry, I sent an email this morning without seeing that you had already replied, very efficient.
I have another problem, my trusted pharmacy says they have never seen your flour for fried sweets????
I give up or I hold on!!
Thank you
Unfortunately it's not as easy as I thought,
My pharmacy says they can't find any flour with this wording and that they can't contact you (or don't want to) because they are supplied through warehouses. I asked which warehouse but the answer was:
We have 5 that provide it to us and they don't have it either, perhaps because it's not on the site and they don't have a recognition code. Any other ideas? Crazy.
Thank you

Sorry, I'd like to know where to find the mix for fried sweets.
Thank you
You must request it at the pharmacy. There is no minimum order, so please tell your pharmacy to contact us, even for small shipments!
In the krapfen recipe, it seems to me that the quantity of water is missing, because the total of three tablespoons that you indicated seems really too few to me.
I'm waiting, thank you
I tried the new round puff pastry and would like a recipe for making brioches, thanks
Sorry but this dessert is without eggs?????
Yes, as per the recipe, eggs are NOT added.
doughnuts
Good morning,
I would like to know if this dough can also be baked.
Thank you and congratulations!!
Arianna
Good morning Arianna,
Yes, you can also bake them in the oven, but the flavor and texture change significantly. My advice is definitely to fry them because, besides being tastier, they're also softer. Maybe you'll eat one less, but it'll still be delicious. ;-)
Good evening,
I'd like to try making doughnuts, but you don't mention the water... how much water should I use?
Thank you
Good morning,
No water needs to be added; only two teaspoons are needed to dissolve the yeast.
Good morning Anna's Bread,
Thanks for your reply. I tried it, but unfortunately, with 40g of butter and 3 tablespoons of water, it didn't work and it ended up crumbly. I followed your instructions!

70 g of granulated sugar
50 g of icing sugar
40 g of butter
15 g of brewer's yeast
30 g water (3 tablespoons)

A thousand thanks
Paul
Good morning,
Can I use freeze-dried yeast instead of brewer's yeast? If so, the same amount as indicated?
A thousand thanks
Good morning,
You can use freeze-dried yeast without any problem, but the quantity must be halved and the yeast must be activated in warm water for a few minutes!
Hi Where can I find this flour???
