General conditions of sale
By placing an order on the online store www.ilpanedianna.it, the Customer declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and that he fully accepts the general and payment conditions set out below.

Registration
To make purchases on the website www.ilpanedianna.it, you must register. Viewing the website for informational purposes does not require registration.
Users wishing to register must provide some personal data and follow the registration procedure.
Registration will follow a process that initially requires completing a form specifically designed for this purpose on the website to collect all the necessary information. Registered Users will then receive a registration confirmation email. Only after this contact will it be possible to make purchases through the portal.
The Registered User must take care of the access codes and keep them confidential.
In the event of loss, theft or misplacement of the access codes, the User must promptly notify the Seller who will proceed with deactivation and replacement.
The User is directly and indirectly responsible for any improper or illegitimate use of the site's features by himself or by third parties who use the services offered by the site on his behalf.
User registration data
The User who intends to register guarantees that he or she is of legal age and that the personal data provided is true, accurate, and up-to-date. It refers to the person submitting it or is provided with the consent of the third party. Users assume full responsibility for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided. Should any changes to User data occur, it is the User's responsibility to inform the Seller of the updates as soon as possible.

How to purchase
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the system via an email sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will include an "Order Number," the date and time of the order, the product name, quantity, and price.
It is the Customer's responsibility to register with correct data and keep such data updated using the login credentials.
Payment Methods
Purchases can be made via bank transfer, cash on delivery, or secure PayPal.
PayPal transactions are processed through their portal's electronic system, so at no point during the purchase process can the www.ilpanedianna.it computer system or any member of staff access the customer's credit card number. The customer owes nothing more than the order total.
All amounts displayed on www.ilpanedianna.it are expressed in Euros, which is the reference currency.
Price
The price of the items for sale is shown on the site next to the image of each product.
www.ilpanedianna.it reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price applied to each individual purchase will be the same as the price indicated on the website at the time the order is placed. The prices displayed on the website are retail prices; VAT is calculated upon purchase confirmation based on the type of product requested and applicable regulations.
Requirements and Authorizations
All our gluten-free products are included in the National Food Register pursuant to Article 7 of Ministerial Decree 8 June 2001. We hold Ministerial Authorization 302/9217 (Article 10 of Legislative Decree 111/92) and Local Health Authority Authorization No. 212 for the production and packaging of products intended for particular nutritional uses. Our company is also BRC/IFS certified.
Products
The essential characteristics of the products are available on the website on the web page dedicated to each item.
The graphic design of the delivered products may not coincide with that represented on the website.
For each product, the price per unit of measurement is always indicated.
Delivery methods and costs
The website www.ilpanedianna.it accepts orders for delivery in Italy and abroad.
Delivery costs are explicitly highlighted when placing the order.
www.ilpanedianna.it cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery by couriers.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
– that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;
– that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or discrepancies in the number of packages or information, must be immediately reported by writing "Subject to Inspection" on the courier's delivery receipt. Once the courier's delivery note has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objections regarding the external appearance of the goods delivered.
In the event of failure to collect the material stored at the courier's warehouse due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Invoicing and accompanying documents
Each order will be accompanied by a regular commercial invoice or other accompanying document and/or a regular receipt.
Protests
Any complaints regarding the products can be raised by sending an email to info@ilpanedianna.it within the terms compatible with the characteristics of the food product sold and its perishable nature; in any case, never beyond the expiry date indicated on the product.
We decline any liability for poor product condition due to improper storage after delivery.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer's rights are protected by Legislative Decree 206/2005, the so-called Consumer Code.
As described in the aforementioned Legislative Decree, the right of withdrawal is not permitted in the case of: “contracts for the supply of foodstuffs, drinks or other goods for household use for current consumption delivered to the consumer's home, place of residence or place of work, by distributors who make frequent and regular rounds“; the purchase of products ordered through the site in question therefore does not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
Privacy
The personal data requested during the order process is collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer and will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances or for any reason. www.ilpanedianna.it guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation regarding the processing of personal data, governed by the Privacy Code pursuant to Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.03. Complaints

Applicable law and jurisdiction
The contract and the general conditions of sale are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with it. Any disputes arising from the use of the website and www.ilpanedianna.it are subject to Italian jurisdiction.
Limitation of liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, incorrect or failed delivery caused by events and/or causes of force majeure or fortuitous circumstances, such as, but not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions (such as heavy snowfall), any strikes (by its own or other employees), accidents to means of transport, explosions or any other cause, similar or different, occurring outside the control of www.ilpanedianna.it and not attributable to it, even pre-existing, which prevents or aggravates the total or partial execution of the contract.
Furthermore, the Seller cannot be held liable towards the Customer for any disruptions or malfunctions of the Internet network that are beyond its control.
Finally, the same assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or illicit use by third parties of credit cards and other means of payment or for their improper use.
The seller reserves the right to modify the above General Conditions of Sale in whole or in part; Users are therefore invited to periodically review and reread the aforementioned document to stay informed of the applicable conditions. It is understood that any purchase made through the site following the modification of the General Conditions of Sale implies acceptance of the changes made.
