The aim of the course is to provide practice in processing,
under the guidance of an expert professional, of:
BREAD, PIZZA, PASTA AND DESSERTS

It is possible to attend the course:
in the morning from 9.00 to 12.30
or
in the afternoon from 2.00 pm to 5.30 pm
Preparation: lasagna dough, pizza, piadina, gnocchi, jam or Nutella tarts, and meringue pies.
NB: The disposable apron will be kindly provided by Molino Rivetti

LIMITED PLACES!!! MAXIMUM AVAILABILITY: 40 PARTICIPANTS
A fee of Euro 5.00 per person is required as a contribution to expenses.
