In the midst of a rapidly changing agricultural sector, this project represents a concrete step toward a more sustainable and innovative future. Funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU within the scope of the PNRR – Mission 2 “Green Revolution and Ecological Transition”, the intervention arises within the program “Agrisolar Park”, promoted by Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry (MASAF).

The goal is clear: to support companies in their energy transformation, supporting investments that reduce environmental impact and strengthen the sector's competitiveness.

A project that looks to the future of energy in agriculture

At the heart of the initiative is the construction of a photovoltaic system on a building for production use, a strategic choice that will allow us to generate clean energy directly in the company, reducing costs and contributing to the decarbonization of the sector.

In addition to production from renewable sources, the project also includes a series of energy efficiency interventions, designed to improve the overall performance of agricultural buildings. Planned actions include:

• there asbestos removal, a fundamental step both for safety and for the modernization of the structures;

• the’thermal insulation, which will allow for better management of consumption and greater comfort in work environments;

• the’implementation of ventilation systems, useful for optimizing the microclimate and ensuring more efficient functioning of production spaces.

Thanks to these investments, the company will not only significantly reduce its environmental footprint but will also become a model of innovation, demonstrating how the ecological transition can be effectively integrated into production processes and everyday life in the agricultural world.
